Since becoming licensed as a Public Insurance Adjuster by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 1994, Lee has secured tens of millions of dollars in recoveries for his insured clients. For thirty years, he has prepared, presented, and successfully settled more than 2,500 insurance claims.

Large loss catastrophe work

Lee also brings expertise to large loss catastrophe work. Lee solicited and adjusted multi-million dollar losses due to damage caused Hurricanes Katrina and Rita in Gulfport, Mississippi in 2005 and for Hurricane Ike in Texas in 2008. His catastrophe adjusting experience also includes numerous claims from the 2008 and 2015 ice storms in Worcester County, Massachusetts.

At the forefront of insurance adjusting

Lee served as a Board member of the Massachusetts Association of Public Adjusters (MAPIA) for five years.

To stay at the forefront of insurance adjusting and policy knowledge, Lee regularly attends continuing education seminars. These also fulfill requirements mandated by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Division of Insurance for license renewal, required every three years.
